B.A. M booked us for the second-floor windows and said the result is "so much better than doing it from the ground with a hose and long brush." That is the whole difference: someone up close, washing the glass by hand.
One clean pass, then the next pane
Water on, film lifted, one stroke to the edge and the glass is gone. It is slow on purpose, and it is why customers who have had the hand-washed residential clean write that they would use it again.
